Mentoring Session

Sometimes you do not need a coach, therapist or consultant. You need a grounded conversation with someone who can see the bigger picture, ask the right questions and help you reconnect with what you already know.

These one-to-one guidance calls are designed for people navigating business decisions, identity shifts, personal crossroads, purpose, direction or periods of change. I draw on a broad mix of lived experience across business, leadership, travel, personal transformation, spirituality and years of personal development, alongside intuitive insight that often reveals what sits beneath the surface.

The conversation is practical, open and tailored to what is happening in your world. We can explore the situation, identify patterns, challenge assumptions, clarify what matters and look at the next step from both a grounded and intuitive perspective.

I also work particularly well with healers, practitioners and people who are usually the ones holding space for others. Sometimes the healer needs someone to hold space for them.

Sessions take place by phone or video call at a mutually convenient time. There is no fixed agenda. Bring the question, situation or feeling you want clarity on, and we will work through it together, with clarity, perspective, honesty and intuitive guidance throughout.
